acquisition, development, and permitting of $25 million medical office

Represented private investors in acquiring
and developing $30 million medical office facility including a private
placement capital raise and taxable bond financing
Represented retail client in negotiating and
closing $100 million line of credit to finance operations
Represented numerous investors from tenant in
common structures to acquire and close financing of income producing
properties and reinvestment of IRC 1031-qualified funds
