Representative Experience
Consult with clients on estate and tax
planning goals and identify the planning vehicles which best accomplish
these goals.
Draft and execute documents including wills,
trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills.
Counsel clients on the use of their estate
planning documents including proper trust administration, trust funding, use
of power of attorneys and keeping proper accountings for all fiduciary
activities.
Advise clients of the various gift tax
exclusions and developing a gifting plan when necessary.
Administer decedents’ estates from initial
application to final accounting.
Counsel clients on estate tax issues.
Manage asset transfers and accountings
associated with tracking and moving estate assets.
Administer guardianship estates from the
hearing to qualification, advising clients on the best type of guardianship
for their specific needs.
Consult with clients to discuss goals and
identify which entity and structure best suits their needs, including issues
of taxation and liability protection.
