Caroline concentrates her practice in litigation, and focuses on commercial, construction, and general litigation. She represents financial service institutions, closely-held corporations, and regional and national companies regarding a broad range of legal matters, including disputes involving real estate, commercial and construction contracts, fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Caroline was a summer clerk at Poyner Spruill for two years prior to joining the firm.
