Representative Experience
- Represents clients in complex financing transactions, including construction financing, structured financing, mezzanine loan financing and defeasance transactions
- Experience with a wide variety of financings secured by raw land, shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings, industrial buildings, hotels, multifamily housing and limited liability company membership interests
- Skilled in all aspects of finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents and comprehensive due diligence review
Prior Legal Experience
Prior to joining Poyner Spruill, Chuck was an Associate with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from 2004 to 2008, working both in Charlotte and in London, England.
