Karen concentrates her practice in the litigation area, focusing on commercial, construction, and professional liability defense. She has counseled and represented clients at all stages of the litigation process, including mediation, arbitration, and trials at both the district and superior court levels. Karen represents clients regarding a broad range of legal matters, including disputes involving real estate, commercial and construction contracts, fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
