Del's practice focuses on commercial loan documentation and commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience representing banks and commercial lenders in all matters of commercial finance and with regulatory issues, and special experience with creative and complex financing techniques. He represents financial institutions, lenders, and real estate developers with major real estate development projects including self storage facilities, residential subdivisions, industrial facilities, golf courses, hotels, and shopping centers.
