Tim's practice involves all aspects of commercial finance and middle-market investment transactions from the creditor/investor perspective. He has practical experience on a daily basis in respect to these matters as both in-house legal counsel for a multi-billion dollar bank and private practice legal counsel to institutional creditors. Tim represents lenders and investors in a variety of matters including, but not limited to, the following:
