Introduction
Methods for allocating risk or limiting liability are important considerations for any business activity. This PowerPoint presentation examines how specific contract provisions, together with insurance, can be used successfully as risk transfer tools in North Carolina.
This presentation was made jointly by Tom Davis of Poyner Spruill LLP and John Cramer, CEO of Trisure at the Eastern Carolina Safety and Health School on March 18, 2010 in New Bern, NC. The Safety school is a combined effort of the North Carolina Department of Labor, East Carolina University and local industries to promote workplace safety and health education in eastern North Carolina.
