Profile
Karen Chapman concentrates her practice in
the litigation area, focusing on commercial, construction, and real estate
litigation. She has counseled and represented clients regarding a broad
range of legal matters, including disputes involving real estate, contracts,
mechanic’s lien claims, bond claims, construction change orders,
landlord-tenant issues, breach of warranty claims, and fraud and unfair and
deceptive trade practices. Karen has represented clients at all stages of
the litigation process, including mediation, arbitration, and trials at both
the district and superior court levels.
