Chad joined Poyner & Spruill in September of
2006 where he represents clients before the North Carolina General Assembly
on multiple issues, including healthcare, tax, and business and corporate
affairs.
Chad also assists in a variety of litigation
matters including:
- The representation of land owners,
developers, and local governments in state and federal court as well as
before local Boards of Adjustment, City Councils, and County
Commissioners on matters relating to zoning, permitting, variances,
annexations, special use permits, site plans, subdivisions and road
closings.
- The representation of clients in
administrative and civil dispute resolution, litigation and appeals
pertaining to State regulatory compliance, permitting, penalties, and
professional licensure.
