Representative Experience
Practice involves all aspects of lending and
middle-market investment transactions from the creditor/investor
perspective; has practical experience on a daily basis in respect to these
matters as both in-house legal counsel for multi-billion dollar bank and
private practice legal counsel to institutional creditors
Representation of lenders and investors in
matters such as:
- Asset based loans to operating companies
- Commercial real estate transactions for
construction/development of properties including hotels, golf courses, apartments and office
buildings
- Letters of credit backed by variable rate
bonds; medical care commission bonds and industrial revenue bonds
- Workouts and collections of downgraded
credits
- Profit participation arrangements
involving office buildings and other operating real estate
- Venture capital and mezzanine financing
- Debtor in possession financing
arrangements
- Participation and intercreditor
arrangements
- Loans made in connection with low income
housing tax credits
- Investments made by small business
investment companies
