  • Advises physician practices on the full range of legal needs, including employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, compensation arrangements and routine operational issues

  • Design, implementation and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation plans and related management employment agreements for tax exempt, governmental, and for-profit employers.
