Profile
Jenny joined
Poyner & Spruill in September of 2005 after clerking with the firm during
the summer of 2004. Jenny works primarily in the area of business and tort
litigation, and has experience in fraud, breach of contract, and
negligence actions. A large part of her practice focuses on representing
insurance companies and their insureds in premises liability and negligence
actions. Jenny also practices in the area of real property litigation,
including contract disputes and land condemnation.
