Arathi represents privately owned companies,
newly formed businesses, partnerships, and joint ventures. She also handles
mergers and acquisitions and negotiations of other complex business
transactions.
Prior to attending lawschool, Arathi was a
consultant with Accenture, a global management consulting, technology
services and outsourcing company, where she was a part of the Pharmaceutical
Products and Technology Infrastructure Delivery groups.

Notable Accomplishments
