Profile
Bryn represents employers in all types of
employment litigation, such as Title VII, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA),
Americans with Disabilities (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment (ADEA),
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), wage and hour and wrongful discharge and
retaliation claims in front of administration agencies such as the EEOC and
in state and federal court.
Bryn also counsels employers on handling
various issues that arise in the workplace, such as drafting handbooks,
structuring employee leave policies to be in compliance with all applicable
laws or handling a particular employee’s situation to minimize any risk of
future litigation.
