Profile

Court represents banks and other lending institutions in collection, foreclosure and claim and delivery actions. She also represents various financial institutions in litigation relating to Article 3 and 4 issues involving claims of check fraud, fraudulent endorsements, and breach of presentment and transfer warranties. Court also represents financial institutions in the defense of lender liability lawsuits and claims of unfair trade practices. Court routinely represents limited liability companies and corporations, including construction suppliers, in their collection, lien and bond claims. Court also often represents self-insured corporations defending matters including premises liability actions.
