RALEIGH, NC -- Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce Christopher J. Ayers has become a partner in the firm's Raleigh office.

Ayers’ practice focuses on the representation of water, wastewater, electric and telecommunication public utilities. His practice also includes environmental and appellate law.

Ayers was ranked among Law & Politics magazine's North Carolina “Rising Stars," 2009 and received the 2007 Triangle Business Leader Movers & Shakers Award. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Duke University and his J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
