RALEIGH, NC. -- Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce David R. Fricke has become a partner in the firm's Raleigh office.
 
Fricke's practice focuses on commercial real estate finance and development including retail developments, leveraged leasing, utility projects, biotechnology facilities, medical office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and tax-exempt public finance projects for municipalities.
 
Fricke is a member of the Board of Visitors of Wake Forest University's School of Law. He was also recently recognized among Business North Carolina’s "Legal Elite" for his work in real estate law. He received his B.A. from the University of Vermont and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
