RALEIGH, NC – Poyner Spruill is proud to announce fifteen of its attorneys have been ranked among
Business North Carolina magazine’s 2011 “Legal Elite.” For the tenth consecutive year, this honor awards the top lawyers in the state in 14 categories who are nominated and voted on by more than 20,000 active members of the North Carolina State Bar.
- Ten attorneys in the firm’s Raleigh office were named among the “Legal Elite” including Chris Ayers (Young Guns), David Fricke (Real Estate), Susie Gibbons (Employment), Keith Johnson (Environmental), Elizabeth Johnson (Young Guns), David Long (Criminal), Lisa Sumner (Bankruptcy),Westray Veasey (Tax/Estate Planning), David Warren (Bankruptcy), and Joe Zeszotarski (Criminal).
- In addition, five Poyner Spruill attorneys in the firm’s Charlotte office were recognized as “Legal Elite” including Paul Arena (Real Estate), Bill Belcher (Tax/Estate Planning), Jason James (Young Guns), Tate Ogburn (Construction), and Court Young (Young Guns).
- Glenn Dunn (Environmental, Raleigh) and John Shaw (Construction, Raleigh) are again recognized as members of the Legal Elite "Hall of Fame."
