Shannon Hoff focuses her practice in the area of Bankruptcy Law. She primarily represents creditors in bankruptcy cases as well as out-of-court workouts, though her experience includes representing debtors in large Chapter 11 reorganizations, and Section 363 purchasers and manufacturers whose sole source suppliers are financially distressed. Shannon also represents creditors in foreclosure and collections cases and advises clients on compliance with FDCPA, ECOA and other consumer protection laws. Shannon received her B.A. from the University of the South and her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, cum laude. Robert Meyer’s practice focuses on the representation of management in multiple areas of labor and employment law, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, and the National Labor Relations Act. He has defended corporate clients in cases pending before Federal and State courts, as well as the EEOC, Department of Labor, and other Federal and State administrative agencies.
