ROCKY MOUNT, NC -- Acquiring private land for a public purpose, such as road widening or construction, is often accomplished by governments through the law of eminent domain, which is commonly referred to as condemnation.

Poyner Spruill LLP attorneys Tim Wilson and Jenny McKellar will meet with interested landowners to talk about issues related to the Greenville Southwest Bypass road project and how it will affect their property.
