Raleigh – Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce that Richard A. Prosser has joined the firm as an Associate in its Rocky Mount office as a member of the Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Section.
Richard concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has experience litigating disputes involving commercial collections, creditor representation in bankruptcy, mechanic’s/materialmen’s liens, payment bond claims, lease transactions, and the purchase, sale and warranty of goods.
Richard received his BS degree cum laude from Appalachian State University and is a 2008 graduate of Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
