​RALEIGH, NC – Poyner Spruill LLP is proud to announce that twelve of its attorneys have been ranked among Business North Carolina magazine’s 2013 “Legal Elite.” For the twelfth consecutive year, this honor awards the top lawyers in the state in 14 categories who are nominated and voted on by more than 20,000 active members of the North Carolina State Bar.

Eight attorneys in the firm’s Raleigh office were named among the “Legal Elite” including Bo Dempster (Corporate), David Fricke (Real Estate), Susie Gibbons (Employment), Chip Gibbons (Tax and Estate Planning), Cecil Harrison (Employment), Keith Johnson (Environmental), David Long (Criminal Defense), and Tim Sullivan (Environmental).
 
In addition, four Poyner Spruill attorneys in the firm’s Charlotte office were recognized as “Legal Elite” including Josh Durham (Litigation), Rick Kane (Environmental), Cindy Van Horne (Litigation), and Jason James (Young Guns).
