Visitors to
Poyner Spruill should park in the Wilmington & Blount Street Public Parking Deck. The address for the parking deck is 331 South Wilmington Street. Use the Wilmington Street elevators and proceed to level 2 (which is Wilmington Street level). Walk to the corner of Martin and Wilmington and cross Wilmington Street using the crosswalk. Use the revolving doors (next to the
PNC Plaza building plaque) to enter the building from Martin Street. Please check in with the security desk personnel to be escorted through the portals to the office elevator bank, and then proceed to our office lobby on the
19th floor.
For our visitors with physical disabilities or for those who need to minimize walking, we have other parking arrangements available. Please speak to your

From I -40 East Outer Beltline (Points South and West of Raleigh)
- Take exit #298B / Raleigh / Downtown / S Saunders St North onto S Saunders St (US-70 W) - go 1.0 mi
- Bear Right to follow US-70 W - go 0.7 mi
- Turn Right on W SOUTH ST - go 0.2 mi
- Turn Left on S WILMINGTON ST - go 0.3 mi
- Cross Davie Street and turn right into public parking deck
From I-440 Inner Beltline (Points North and East of Raleigh)
- Take exit #299 / Hammond Rd. / Person St onto Hammond Rd. toward Person St. / Shaw University
- Continue on S Person St.
- Turn Left on Martin Luther King Blvd.
- Make a Sharp Right Turn on S Wilmington St.
- Cross Davie St. and turn right into public parking deck.
From RDU International Airport
- Start going toward the Airport Exit on Terminal Blvd.
- Bear Left on a local road toward Terminal C/ Park and Ride 4 & 5
- Bear Left on Terminal Blvd
- Continue on Airport Blvd.
- Turn Left to take ramp onto I-40 E toward Raleigh
- Take exit #298 B / Raleigh / Downtown / S Saunders St. North onto S Saunders St. (US-70 W)
- Bear Right to follow US-70 W
- Turn Right on W South St.
- Turn Left on S Wilmington St.
- Cross Davie St. and turn right into public parking deck
