Charlie has represented public and private condemnors and landowners in more than 500 condemnations/eminent domain actions across North Carolina, with more than 200 of these cases going to jury verdict, over a period of thirty years.

Prior Legal Experience

Charlie served as Assistant General Counsel to the Committee on Education of Labor of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1958 to 1961.
