David M. Warren has over 25 years of experience in the debtor-creditor area. This representation includes representing creditors and serving as bankruptcy trustee and state court receiver. He is Chair of the Local Rules Committee by the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of North Carolina Courts and has served on that committee since 1996. He has served on the panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for Eastern District of North Carolina since 1989. Mr. Warren is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy as certified by the North Carolina Board of Legal Specialization and a Certified Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law as certified by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. He is also a recent appointee to the Board of Directors of the American Board of Certification.

- Represented secured creditors in cases involving manufacturers, real estate developers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, food service industry, farmers, petroleum distributor, and professionals
- Served as unsecured creditors committee counsel for large independent swine producer
