Prior to joining Poyner Spruill, Jerry was in private practice at the Law Offices of Wade Byrd, P.A. in Fayetteville from 1996 to 1999 and from 2002 to 2008.  Between the years, he was a partner at Simpson and Meek, P.A. in Dallas, Texas.
