Charlie, as he is known, practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. Charlie represents banks and other lending institutions in commercial and retail collections, foreclosures and claim and delivery actions throughout North Carolina. He also represents secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases in all three bankruptcy districts in North Carolina.
