Julie represents general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction disputes involving collections, bonds, and liens. She also assists in the representation of individuals, local businesses, and national corporations involved in a variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes and business torts.

Prior to joining Poyner Spruill in 2004, Julie served as a  Law Clerk to the Honorable John M. Tyson of the North Carolina Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2003 and to the Honorable I. Beverly Lake, Jr. of the North Carolina Supreme Court from 2003 to 2004.
