Randy has been trying cases in North Carolina since 1990, and has tried cases to jury verdicts in ten counties, as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina. Randy represents companies and individuals in the tort liability arena with an emphasis in transportation, health care and product liability. He also represents businesses in a wide range of commercial disputes, and is a certified mediator. Randy is the firm's delegate to the USLAW Network's Transportation Litigation practice group.
