Tim practices in the areas of Environmental and Land Use Planning Law and Administrative Law. He has negotiated and drafted contractual provisions allocating environmental liabilities associated with real estate and business transfers; defended issuance of waste water treatment plant permits and represented local government clients defending issuance of permit for interbasin transfer of water; and represented plaintiffs and defendants in property contamination cases. He is a past member of the Executive Council of Environmental and Natural Resources Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
