Biography

Savannah is a member of the Litigation Section, she represents individuals, businesses, and local governments in litigation addressing business, real property, and tort claims. She represents individual and commercial landowners in condemnation proceedings initiated by the North Carolina Department of Transportation and private condemnors. Savannah also assists clients with will caveats and fiduciary litigation including representing trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in disputes.
