This presentation was made jointly by Tom Davis of Poyner Spruill LLP and John Cramer, CEO of Trisure at the Eastern Carolina Safety and Health School on March 18, 2010 in New Bern, NC. The Safety school is a combined effort of the North Carolina Department of Labor, East Carolina University and local industries to promote workplace safety and health education in eastern North Carolina.
