Poyner Spruill Expands Trusts & Estates Practice with Addition of Meg D. Goldstein

Poyner Spruill is pleased to announce Meg D. Goldstein has been named Of Counsel with the firm’s Charlotte office.

Meg is a native of Charlotte. She practiced law previously with the firms of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP and Hamilton Moon Stephens Steele & Martin PLLC. Meg limits her practice to trusts and estates, taxation, business succession planning, charitable giving, not-for-profit entities and premarital agreements.

Meg has been active in the Foundation for the Charlotte Jewish Community, the Charlotte Jewish Federation and the United Jewish Communities. She has also volunteered in endowment development for the Leave A Legacy Foundation and Hospice of Charlotte.

She has been named in Best Lawyers in America and North Carolina’s Legal Elite for her work in estate and tax planning.

Meg received her B.A. in Urban Studies from Washington University in 1976 and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1979. She received an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1980.
