Poyner Spruill Welcomes Education Law Practice Group

Poyner Spruill LLP client service and strategy director Brandi Hobbs led a two-hour session on tips for helping to launch or advance successful client experience initiatives during CXps 2019 on Tuesday, May 21, in Durham, North Carolina.

Client Experience for Professional Services (CXps) is an event for the growing community of professionals who recognize the current and future value of client experience as a differentiator. This includes a focus on the power of collaboration and brainstorming in creating effective techniques and programs.

Entitled “Jumpstarting your CX Engine,” Hobbs’ session was part of the event’s Foundations programming — aimed at helping attendees understand the critical elements of launching or advancing a successful initiative and discussing tactics for implementation. Hobbs focused on getting started, or even restarting, and making meaningful progress, celebrating victories, and recognizing when to change course in CX initiatives.

Attendees were encouraged to focus on the current state of their initiatives and develop crowd-sourced ideas for overcoming obstacles, making the most of the next step, and enjoying success while still continuing to focus on future efforts.

Hobbs has attended CXps for the past three years. In her role at Poyner Spruill, she is responsible for setting strategy, promoting brand advocacy, collecting valuable client feedback, and identifying ways to use that feedback to improve service and innovate.

Poyner Spruill professionals are available for speaking engagements, presentations, and webinars that include informative or training formats. The firm also provides access to numerous continuing education credits. For more information, contact Hillary Davis at hcdavis@poynerspruill.com.
