Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce that firm administrative assistant, Penelope Stroupe, was recently honored for her past service with the Junior League of Gaston County, North Carolina.
Stroupe received special recognition as a past president for the Junior League during the organization’s 60th anniversary celebration (1959-2019). She served the role from 2007 to 2008.
The Junior League of Gaston County is a member of an international organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism and to improving communities through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. In Gaston County, the Junior League’s vision is striving “to build strong financial and volunteer support for the health and well-being of women and children through program development and community partnerships.”
Stroupe serves as Poyner Spruill’s office administrator and handles workflow operations for the Charlotte office.
