Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce Francis “Frank” C. Pray III has joined the firm as an Associate. Frank recently graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as a Contributing Editor on Volume 98 of the North Carolina Law Review and earned the Gressman & Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award.
He previously worked as a Summer Associate for two firms in New York, New York, where he gained experience in a wide variety of business transactions. As a member of the firm’s Business Section, Frank will continue to focus his practice on transactional and business matters, including for-profit and not-for-profit entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations and offerings, and other business transactions.
