Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce the firm has elected Iain Stauffer a partner in the firm, effective January 1, 2021.
“Iain is a valued member of the health law section and firm as a whole,” said Poyner Spruill managing partner Dan Cahill. “ He has worked hard to develop his practice and we welcome him to the partnership.”
Stauffer represents health care providers with complex civil matters regarding health care reimbursement, licensing, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, certification, and enrollment, responses to government investigations, and enforcement actions. He also represents individual practitioners regarding licensing board matters.
He completed his undergraduate studies at St. John Fisher College and earned his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
