Poyner Spruill is pleased to announce Managing Partner Dan Cahill has been included in Business North Carolina’s inaugural Power List. Business North Carolina’s Power List is a one-of-a-kind report on the state’s most influential leaders covering key industries.

Elected Managing Partner of Poyner Spruill in 2017, Cahill serves as the chair of the firm’s Management Committee and also as the firm’s assistant general counsel and loss prevention partner. He is a lifelong Raleigh resident with more than two decades of experience representing corporations in all types of commercial disputes in state and federal court and through alternative dispute resolution.
Cahill’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and representing banks and financial institutions in all types of litigation.
