Tort Litigation Practice Group: Extensive background representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of tort cases. Corporate Law Practice Group: Provides general commercial advice and litigation support in a broad range of areas of interest to the firm’s business clients. Representative clients include pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers, financial institutions, family-owned businesses, franchisers and franchisees, e-commerce businesses, entertainment industry participants, suppliers, hospitals, medical practices, developers, and large employers in various industries.

Employee Benefits Practice Group: Represents manufacturing clients in employee benefit program design and implementation, regulatory compliance, benefit plan administration, merger and acquisition employee benefit plan analysis, IRS and Department of Labor employee benefit plan audits, executive compensation plan design and implementation, self-insured plan design and implementation, and employee benefits litigation.

Employment Law Practice Group: Provides legal expertise to manufacturers across a wide spectrum of employment matters, including preventive advice for employers, administrative proceedings and defense of state and federal court actions.  The group has extensive experience in matters associated with state and federal laws on race, sex, and age discrimination as well as religious and handicap/disability discrimination and sexual harassment. The group also has broad experience in such areas as AIDS in the workplace, drug and alcohol testing, wrongful discharge and wage-and-hour disputes.
