Commercial Lending and Real Estate Lateral
We are currently looking for a transactional lateral candidate that wants to join a thriving practice in a firm that is growing and changing.
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience dealing in all areas of Banking and Real Estate. They should have the ability to represent borrowers and Real Estate owners in all areas of real estate transactions to include purchase and sale of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. Represent lenders in commercial and industrial loan transactions to include modification and refinancing of commercial loans.
We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment, has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has at least 7+ years of experience and is licensed to practice in NC or can apply by comity.
