Biography

Before joining the firm, Alexis interned with the United States Department of the Treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the United States Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. During her time at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, Alexis was the Managing Editor for the National Security Law Journal and a research assistant on several fintech projects. She counsels her clients in a variety of financial matters, including asset-based lending and intercreditor arrangements.
