Cindy represents clients before state and federal courts and arbitration panels, with an emphasis in legal and accounting malpractice defense, and contract litigation in the corporate, banking, and motorsports industries.


In addition to representing lawyers, accountants, and other professionals in defense of professional malpractice claims, Cindy has extensive experience representing municipalities in contract, zoning and employment issues.

Presidential Financial Corporation v. YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Inc., (Mecklenburg County Superior Court, 2012) – Successful defense of the YMCA in claims alleging violation of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Kyle Busch v. Motorsports Management International, Inc. (Arbitration; Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, 2011) – Successful defense of Motorsports Management International, Inc., in claims alleging breach of contract, and successful prosecution of counterclaims, resulting in substantial verdict in favor of Motorsports Management International, Inc.
