Biography
Before joining Poyner Spruill, Frank was a Summer Associate for two firms in New York, New York, where he gained experience in for-profit and not-for-profit entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, executive compensation, and other business transactions. He focuses his practice on transactional and business matters and is passionate about helping clients navigate a complex legal landscape to meet their business goals.
