Litigation Associate Attorney – Raleigh or Charlotte
Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? The law firm of Poyner Spruill is looking for an associate with 3+ years of experience in litigation to join our team in our Raleigh or Charlotte offices.
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic associate to join our hands-on litigation team, which offers a sophisticated and varied practice. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings strong intellectual curiosity to every matter, and is eager to take an active and meaningful role in all aspects of litigation from day one. Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina, have a JD from an accredited law school, and have a strong academic background. We are looking for research, writing, and advocacy skills in an individual who wants to be part of a collaborative and active team.

We have extensive experience representing individuals, local businesses, national and international corporations, professionals, and financial institutions in all kinds of litigation that can impact a business, such as consumer class actions, trademark, trade dress, and copyright infringement litigation, disputes between buyers and sellers of businesses, disputes among owners of businesses, disputes involving banking, securities and accounting issues, the defense of class actions, real estate disputes, employment disputes, and environmental, zoning, and land use issues. We also have extensive white collar criminal defense, professional liability, and insurance defense and tort practices.
