The firm’s summer program is designed for first and second year law school students, and takes place in our Raleigh and Charlotte offices. The program runs in six-week increments during the summer. We primarily recruit for this program through law school on-campus interviews and the Mecklenburg County and Wake County Bar programs. We also recruit from the North Carolina Bar Association’s Minorities in the Profession Program and the Charlotte Legal Diversity Clerkship Program.
