Biography
Edgar works closely with clients to develop effective case strategies and advance their objectives. He develops case strategy, drafts briefs and dispositive motions, manages the discovery process, and prepares matters for hearing, mediation, and trial. Edgar also defends depositions and helps negotiate resolutions on behalf of clients.
Before joining the firm, Edgar worked as a litigation associate at firms in Winston-Salem and Charlotte. Edgar then served as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. In this role, he helped draft opinions and orders in commercial and employment matters and supported trial and hearing preparation through legal research and analysis.
