RALEIGH, NC – Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce that Stephanie Sanders has been elected as Partner in the firm.
As a member of the Business Law section, Stephanie’s law practice includes a broad range of transactional matters. She represents clients in connection with commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of commercial real estate. She also advises companies in a wide variety of industries regarding corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formations and other general corporate and contractual matters.
Stephanie is on the Advisory Board of Band Together, a nonprofit that has raised more than $6.5 million to benefit the Triangle community since 2001. She is also a member of The Greater Raleigh Chamber’s Leadership Raleigh, Class 31.
