- Successful representation of North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry in defeating state ergonomics rules
- Successful representation of large managed care pharmaceutical company in opposition to rules regulating mail-order prescriptions
- Representing health care clients embroiled in federal/state government surveys to persuade regulators on rule and statute interpretation/application and litigating to that end where necessary
- Persuading NC’s State Opioid Treatment Authority to approve much-needed treatment clinics in response to NC’s documented opioid crisis
