Biography
Andrea represents clients in business and commercial disputes throughout all phases of litigation including trial. She litigates claims in federal and state courts, including the North Carolina Business Court, and in alternative dispute tribunals. In addition to her business litigation practice, Andrea has experience with a variety of employment issues, including internal investigations and claims arising under the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and Title VII.
Andrea previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Graham C. Mullen of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, where she assisted with matters involving trademark disputes, commercial contracts, and civil rights.
